वास्तविक त्याग/Bastavik Tyag

“Bastavik Tyag” or Real Renunciation means true sacrifice, which is not about outward show, pride, or self-interest, but is done with purity of heart, love, and a sense of duty. People often think renunciation means giving up wealth, food, clothes, or material things, but real renunciation goes much deeper and is more spiritual in nature.

Features of Real Renunciation:

1. Free from Ego – There should be no feeling of “I have sacrificed”.

2. Selflessness – Sacrifice is made for the well-being of others, not for personal gain.

3. Detachment of Mind – Letting go of excessive attachment to objects, relations, or pleasures.

4. Duty-Oriented – Giving up personal comfort for family, society, or humanity.

5. Spiritual Outlook – Renunciation done with devotion to God and inner purification.

Examples:

• A mother giving up her comfort for the happiness of her children.

• A soldier sacrificing even his life for the protection of his country.

• A seeker renouncing worldly desires to attain self-realization

वास्तविक त्याग” का अर्थ है सच्चा त्याग, अर्थात् ऐसा त्याग जिसमें दिखावा, अहंकार या स्वार्थ न हो, बल्कि आत्मिक शांति, कर्तव्य और प्रेम की भावना से किया गया हो। सामान्यत: लोग त्याग को केवल धन, वस्त्र, भोजन या भौतिक वस्तुओं को छोड़ने से जोड़ते हैं, परन्तु वास्तविक त्याग इससे कहीं अधिक गहरा और आध्यात्मिक होता है।

वास्तविक त्याग की विशेषताएँ:

1. अहंकार-रहित होना – त्याग में कोई “मैंने त्याग किया” का भाव न हो।

2. स्वार्थ-त्याग – केवल अपने लाभ के लिए नहीं, बल्कि दूसरों की भलाई के लिए त्याग करना।

3. मन की आसक्ति छोड़ना – वस्तुओं, संबंधों और सुखों के प्रति अति-आसक्ति का त्याग।

4. कर्तव्य-प्रधानता – परिवार, समाज और मानवता के लिए अपने सुख को त्याग देना।

5. आध्यात्मिक दृष्टि – परमात्मा की शरण में रहकर आत्म-शुद्धि के लिए त्याग करना।

उदाहरण:

• कोई माँ अपने बच्चों की खुशी के लिए अपने आराम का त्याग करती है।

• कोई सैनिक देश की रक्षा के लिए अपने प्राणों तक का त्याग कर देता है।

• कोई साधक भौतिक इच्छाओं का त्याग कर आत्म-साक्षात्कार की ओर अग्रसर होता है।
