‘बिर्हेजातकम्’ संस्कृत का एक प्रसिद्ध ग्रंथ है, जो ज्योतिष शास्त्र की शाखा जातक शास्त्र (जन्मकुंडली और फलादेश) से संबंधित है। इस ग्रंथ का रचनाकार बिरहे नामक ज्योतिषाचार्य माने जाते हैं। इसमें जन्मकुंडली के आधार पर मनुष्य के जीवन, स्वभाव, गुण-दोष, भाग्य और भविष्य की भविष्यवाणियाँ की गई हैं।

विषय-वस्तु :

1. लग्न और ग्रहों का प्रभाव – इसमें बताया गया है कि किसी व्यक्ति के जन्म समय पर ग्रह किस प्रकार उसकी प्रकृति और जीवन की दिशा को प्रभावित करते हैं।

2. बारह भावों का विवेचन – प्रत्येक भाव (घर) में ग्रहों की स्थिति का क्या फल होता है, इसका विस्तार से वर्णन मिलता है।

3. ग्रहों के योग और दोष – शुभ योग, अशुभ योग, राजयोग, दरिद्रयोग आदि की चर्चा की गई है।

4. जातक का जीवन-फल – व्यक्ति की आयु, स्वास्थ्य, धन, संतान, विवाह, शिक्षा, यात्रा और मृत्यु तक की भविष्यवाणी इसमें की जाती है।

5. उपाय और शांति – दोष निवारण हेतु उपायों का भी उल्लेख है, जैसे मंत्र-जप, दान, यज्ञ आदि।
